EDUCATOR SUZANNE KUGLER FILES LETTER OF INTENT TO RUN FOR STATE REPRESENTATIVE

LOUISVILLE, KY - Louisville Democrat and educator Suzanne Kugler filed papers with the Kentucky Registry of Election Finance this week declaring her candidacy for State Representative in the 29th district. 

Kugler said, “My 28 years of experience as a middle school teacher, and years of serving in communities I’ve been a part of have given me a front row seat to how our system is broken. We’re leaving too many Kentucky families behind. I’m running because some of our elected leaders have adhered to a politics of division, instead of a politics for the people. I’m running because I know that we need to put people ahead of politics, and to build a Kentucky that works for all.”

“We can do things like fully fund public education, deliver affordable, accessible healthcare, strengthen workers' rights, and work to make critical investments in our people. And I’m fired up to fight for those things.”
